This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications published under this developer account ("we", "our", or "the apps"). The apps are free utility-rate-comparison tools. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the apps collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect Directly

The apps themselves collect minimal data to function:

• Utility selections — Your chosen gas and electric utility are stored locally on your device (Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults) to personalize the experience. This data never leaves your device.
• No account required — We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
• No location data — The apps do not access or store your location.

Local Storage

All preferences (selected utilities, view state) are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. Rate data is fetched from publicly available regulatory sources and is not personalized.

Third-Party Services

Some of the apps integrate the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob and its mediation partners (Android) — display advertising. AdMob and any third-party ad networks integrated through AdMob mediation may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve, measure, and improve ads. Advertising

Where ads are shown, advertising partners may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and limited usage data to serve, measure, and improve ads. In jurisdictions where required, we present a consent prompt before personalized advertising. You can reset or disable your advertising ID in your device settings.

Analytics

We do not use first-party analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs. The third-party advertising SDKs listed above may collect their own measurement data under their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

The apps are general-purpose utility comparison tools and do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
